Questions about activities

1Is there a minimum age or height for aerial courses?
The recommended minimum age to participate is 3 years old. We also recommend that the child has an adventurous personality and likes to climb.

We have courses adapted to all age groups; our system is safe even for the youngest.

However, due to the difficulty of some routes, it is strongly recommended to go gradually.

For aerial routes
• A child under the age of 5 should start with the 2-foot course first.
• A child under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult to do the courses at 13 feet and 24 feet.
• A child under 10 must be accompanied by an adult to complete the 35-foot course.

Boarding route
Minimum age is 3 years old.

Climbing wall
Recommended for ages 5 and up.

Inflatable games
Recommended for children 2 years or older.
2What is the maximum weight?
For safety reasons and considering engineering and equipment limitations, the maximum weight is 250 pounds for aerial courses.
3Do I have to accompany my child on the courses?
No. However, please note that some aerial courses require the accompaniment of an adult for children under 10 years old. In this case, you will need paid access to the aerial routes. (See question “Is there a minimum age or height for aerial courses?” for details)
4What should I bring?
Comfortable and appropriate clothing for an outdoor sports activity, as well as closed shoes are strongly recommended.

Remember to bring sunscreen, a bottle of water, a snack (or your lunch as we have picnic tables throughout the park) and gloves to protect your hands while on the aerial courses.Since it is strictly prohibited to bring your cell phone or any other personal belongings on our aerial courses, we have free lockers on site to keep everything secure. You don't have a padlock? No worries, we offer padlock rental on site! **Please note that a $20 deposit is required by credit card or Interac taken on site, which will be returned to you as soon as the lock is returned.**

5Can I take pictures on the courses?
No. For everyone's safety, no objects are allowed in the aerial courses.
6Can I do aerial courses with my baby?
No. Baby carriers are strictly forbidden like any other object in the courses. The minimum age to be able to enter the courses is 3 years old.

Rates & Reservation

1Is it necessary to book?
In order to guarantee the day and time you wish to come to the adventure park, it is strongly recommended that you purchase your tickets online. You can always modify your reservation by completing the online modification request: here
2I hold a seasonal passport, is it necessary to book?
We strongly recommend that you reserve your spot using the code that was emailed to you following your seasonal passport purchase.
3If I don't participate in the activities, but just want to watch, do I have to pay?
You can freely accompany your children in the park. Access to the site is free for visitors who do not wish to participate.
4Can I bring food from outside such as lunch or snacks?
Yes! You can bring your lunch and snacks. We sell popcorn, slush and smoothie on site during the summer. Also bring a bottle of water! We have a fountain near our toilets which can be filled for free.

5Are you open if it's raining?
We only close in the event of thunderstorms, strong winds or heavy rain. If it is only light rain, we remain open.

7How much does access to activities cost?
There are several types of tickets depending on what you want to do! For all the details, see the Voiles en Voiles tariffs page.
8Do you offer discounts?
We offer the possibility of combining your entrance ticket with other attractions such as quadricycles, pedal boats to save money!
The seasonal passport is also an excellent way to take full advantage of all the activities offered in the park. They are profitable after the 2nd visit to the park!
9Where can we store our things?
There are free lockers throughout the park. You can bring your own padlock, otherwise it is possible to rent one for $5 (+$20 deposit, payable by credit card or Interac on site, that will be given back to you once the padlock is returned). Please note it is strictly prohibited to bring your cell phone or any other personal belongings on our aerial courses.
10Can we be 3 children and 1 adult for a family package?
Yes, there must only be 1 adult in the lot.
11Is it possible to buy gift certificates, organize groups, children's parties or corporate activities?
Yes! Here are the information sheets for the school groups and day camps, children's parties and corporate activities. For gift certificates, go to the rates page and select the desired tickets and quantities. Do not select a date or time, but rather click on the "Offer" button. Fill in the information for the order and proceed to payment. You will receive an email that will allow the recipient of the gift certificate to proceed with their reservation.
12Do you accept Acces 2 and CAL cards (Carte Accompagnement Loisir formerly VATL)?
Yes! Voiles en Voiles is an activity included in the list of places for the Access 2 card. We are also present in the CAL list (Carte Accompagnement Loisir).

These cards allow an accompanying adult to assist, free of charge, in the activities of the park, a child with a disability or a permanent mental health problem. You must accompany the child in the site, aerial courses and other activities on the site at all times.

To access the park, you must purchase a ticket for the child on our website. Once at the park, on presentation of the card, the accompanying adult will be able to enter the site free of charge and assist the child in the various activities.

Gift Certificates

1I received a gift certificate, but I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Is it still valid?
Yes! Our gift certificates have no validity date and can be used at any time during the season. However, if the gift certificate was received more than a year ago, please send us a copy of your gift certificate or give us the code on the certificate so that we can extend the validity for the season in question: [email protected].
2How to use the gift certificate?

  2. Select the type of access for which you obtained your gift certificate (daily tickets or annual passport).
    • If you have received a gift certificate for a daily ticket, please choose the correct package and quantity and then select the desired date and time of your visit.
    • If you received a gift certificate for an annual passport, please choose the correct package and quantity.
  3. Click on « Réservez maintenant ».
  4. In the box « Promo Code/ Voucher », enter the gift certificate number you received and press the “Apply” button. An alert should appear indicating “Purchase Order Added ».
  5. Fill in the contact information.
  6. Click on « Pay ».
  7. You should receive a confirmation email

Passeport Attraits

1I bought a Passeport Attraits in 2020 or 2021, but unfortunately I was not able to visit Voiles en Voiles. Can I use it next year or can I get a refund?
All Passeports Attraits are treated as gift certificates that do not have a due date. So if you haven’t been able to take advantage of the summer to come and try Voiles à Voiles, you can always come next season. Please send us either the # of your order or your purchase confirmation email so that we can extend the validity of your Passeport Attraits:  [email protected]. You will need to contact all other attractions included in your package to find out their terms of use.

Sales of Passeports Attraits are final and cannot be refunded.

Seasonal Passeport Holder

1I have a seasonal passport, is it necessary to book?
Yes, it is always recommended to book your visits. All seasonal passport holders will have received a reservation code in their purchase confirmation email. To book your next visits, go to our Rates section https://www.voilesenvoiles.com/en/daily-tickets/ and select the desired date and time as well as the number of passport holders accompanying you. Select the Great Adventure tickets (3-5 y.o or 6 y.o +). Use the reservation code in your shopping cart. If you have not received your reservation code, please contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly send you the code as soon as possible.
2I bought a seasonal passport, but I want to get my money back. Is that possible?
Yes, it is entirely possible to receive a refund for the purchase of a seasonal passport, as long as there were no visits recorded on the card.

Safety

1Is it safe?
Safety is the number 1 priority of the Voiles en Voiles park. To do this, we have purchased one of the easiest and safest systems in the world, the Saferoller from Kanopeo.

Our lifelines make it impossible for a participant to detach during the course. There is therefore no carabiner to manage during the activity.

If a problem or discomfort should arise during the course, one of our team members, trained for this purpose, can intervene quickly and at any time.
2Are there monitors to accompany the participants?
There are no designated instructors to accompany participants on the course, but we have several specially trained patrollers on site to help you complete the course or evacuate if necessary.
3What equipment is required?
Anyone doing the courses must have a harness and a helmet that we lend you. Our equipment is regularly inspected to ensure your safety and is washed after each use.

You cannot use your own equipment in our facilities.

Comfortable clothes, closed shoes and gloves are recommended for the aerial courses, and in order to enjoy the activity to the fullest!

1Is it possible to see the rish acceptance form?
The rish acceptance form is available here: https://decharge.voilesenvoiles.com/. Be sure to complete the online form for each participant before your visit.
2What do you do in the winter?
Given the size of the structures, the boats remain on site during the winter :) We are however closed from the beginning of November to the end of March.
3Who developed and operates Voiles en Voiles?
Voiles en Voiles was developed by Groupe Écorécréo, which specializes in the development and management of tourist attractions in Quebec. Founded more than 20 years ago, Groupe Écorécréo is one of the largest managers of tourist attractions in Quebec, present in the Old Port of Montreal, Parc Jean-Drapeau and Olympic Park, among others. Offering a wide range of innovative and ecological products specifically designed for leisure and the outdoors, the Écorécréo Group rents various equipment and recreational vehicles, including quadricycles, pedal boats, Segways and electric bicycles.
4How long will you be there?
We have a 5 year lease with the Old Port of Montreal.
